Natalie Thomas, LMHCA
Meet Natalie Thomas, LMHCA
As a Native American female therapist, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, deeply understanding the cultural and personal nuances that influence mental health. Specializing in PTSD, anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, interpersonal issues, and communication problems, I am dedicated to helping my clients navigate their challenges and improve their lives. I offer a range of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Each of these approaches is tailored to meet the specific needs of my clients, ensuring a personalized and effective treatment plan. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process that extends beyond the confines of the therapy room. My goal is to empower individuals to apply the insights and skills they gain during our sessions to their everyday lives, fostering lasting change and growth. With a compassionate and holistic approach, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and motivated to embark on their journey towards healing and self-discovery.
