You should consider EMDR if:

You should consider EMDR if:

You suffered a trauma such as an accident, physical or sexual abuse, child abuse, the death of a loved one, or a pattern of unsuccessful relationships.

You may consider EMDR if you suffer from anxiety, depression, brooding or worry, addiction, or a phobia.

Let’s see if we are the right fit.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerfully effective practice that facilitates and augments clinical processes toward the best outcome. As a therapy it has been deeply studied for nearly thirty years and many consider EMDR is among the most successful healing therapy methods.

EMDR is a very helpful therapy for those suffering from chronic stress and related conditions. A full range of anxieties can be addressed through eye movement therapy as well as depression, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, addiction, phobias and relationship trauma.

How does EMDR work?

Eye movement therapy helps the mind in establishing connections, and to complete learning that—for whatever reason—it has not been able to do on its own or with other therapies.
