Meet Maricel Mastrud, LMHCA
Hello! My name is Maricel Mastrud, I am a Texan at heart but have settled in the PWN with my husband, three spirited children, and two cats. I enjoy being with my family, reading, baking, traveling, and learning. As a former military kid/member/spouse and merchant mariner, I have had the opportunity to travel and to befriend people from around the world. I received my Master of Art in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University and hold an associate’s license in Washington. I strive to create a collaborative, culturally-responsive, and trauma-informed space for clients.

Approach and education
Working with me you have the promise of a safe, encouraging environment for you to explore your current expression of self and how it does or does not serve your aspirations. My therapeutic orientation is eclectic with a holistic approach that highlights Solution Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am currently training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

“Self-care means giving the world the best of you instead of what is left of you.”
