My work is based on unconditional therapeutic regard. As well as Attachment Theory and Trauma Informed Care .
One size fits all is not true with tee shirts or with therapy. A therapeutic relationship first, then process treatment goals / plans in collaboration with the client and possibly their family.
Approach and education
Sometimes we need a little help gaining perspective and making changes. I have been a licensed counselor since 2007. After having 2 other careers. I received my Masters in Counseling from Lindenwood University in Missouri.
I have worked in foster care system, hospital and private sector. I have certification as a Play Therapist , as well as an adoption specialist.
